QAZent PR Assistant – License Terms
These License Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the QAZent PR Assistant extension (“Extension”) published by QAZent (“Publisher”). By installing, accessing, or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.
1. Grant of License
The Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension within your Azure DevOps organization. This license is provided under a Bring-Your-Own-License (BYOL) model. Your organization must maintain a valid paid subscription or license agreement with the Publisher to continue using the Extension beyond any applicable trial period.
2. Trial Period
If a trial period is offered, you may use the Extension without charge for the duration specified in the Marketplace listing. After the trial expires, continued use requires a paid license.
3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Extension remain the property of the Publisher. No rights are granted except those explicitly stated in these Terms.
4. Restrictions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Extension.
- Circumvent licensing, authentication, or usage controls.
- Use the Extension in violation of applicable laws or Azure DevOps policies.
5. Data Handling
The Extension processes metadata from your Azure DevOps environment to provide functionality. The Publisher does not store or retain your code unless explicitly stated in the product documentation. All processing follows the Publisher’s Privacy Policy.
6. Support
Paid customers are entitled to support as described in the Publisher’s support policy. Support is provided on a best-effort basis during business hours.
7. Updates
The Publisher may update the Extension at any time. Updates may include new features, improvements, or bug fixes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Termination
The Publisher may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Extension and uninstall it from your Azure DevOps organization.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Extension is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Extension.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
